摘要
特发性间质性肺炎是呼吸系统疾病中的难治性疾病,中医药对该病的治疗优势日渐突显。从血瘀、出血、血热、血虚等多角度阐述了本病病机的本质问题,发现"血运失常"贯穿了特发性间质性肺炎发生发展的始终,可为临床治疗思路提供依据。
Idiopathic interstitial pneumonia（IIP） is a kind of refractory disease in respiratory system.Chinese medicine has an advantage in the treatment of IIP.This research elaborated the pathogenesis of IIP,in terms of blood stasis,bleeding,blood-heat and blood deficiency.It provided the treatment ideas for IIP.Blood circulation disorder was also found in the whole development of IIP.
