摘要
目的:探讨乌腺金丝桃治疗类风湿关节炎的作用机制。方法:复制佐剂性关节炎(AA)大鼠模型,随机分为空白组、模型组、乌腺金丝桃高剂量组、乌腺金丝桃低剂量组、雷公藤多苷片阳性对照组,采用酶联免疫(ELISA)法检测各组大鼠血清中细胞因子白介素17(IL-17)、前列腺素E_2(PGE_2)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)、干扰素γ(IFN-γ)的含量。结果:乌腺金丝桃高剂量组和低剂量组AA大鼠血清中IL-17、PGE_2、MMP-9、IFN-γ的含量与模型组相比显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:乌腺金丝桃治疗类风湿关节炎的作用机制可能与降低IL-17、PGE_2、MMP-9、IFN-γ含量有关。
Objective:To investigate the mechanism of Hypericum Attenuatum Choisy(HAC) in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:The rats were randomly divided into the blank group,the model group,the high-dose HAC group,the low-dose HAC group,and the Tripterygium glycosides group.Adjuvant arthritis(AA) model was established in the other four groups except the blank group.The contents of interleukin 17(IL-17),prostaglandin E2 (PGE2),matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP-9) and interferon γ (IFN-γ) in serum were tested by ELISA method.Results:The contents of IL-17,PGE2,MMP-9,and IFN-γ in the high-dose HAC group and the low-dose HAC group were significantly decreased compared to those in the model group(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).Conclusion:The mechanism of HAC in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis may be related to modulating IL-17,PGE2,MMP-9,IFN-γ.
