平乐正骨解毒饮对全髋关节置换术后患者血清IL-6、TNF-α的影响

Effect of Pingle Zhenggu Jiedu Yin on Serum Level of IL-6 and TNF-α after Total Hip Replacement

目的:探讨平乐郭氏正骨流派传统方剂解毒饮在全髋关节置换术后的应用。方法:将符合纳入标准的84例全髋关节置换术后患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各42例;对照组采用常规对症处理,治疗组在对照组的基础上同时服用解毒饮,两组患者分别于术前1 d,术后1 d、3 d、5 d、7 d检测血清中IL-6、TNF-α的水平并进行比较。结果:两组患者在术前1 d血清中IL-6、TNF-α水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后血清中的IL-6、TNF-α均表现出先升后降的趋势;术后1 d两组患者IL-6、TNF-α水平显著升高,对照组较治疗组升高明显(P<0.05)。术后3 d、5 d、7 d血清中IL-6、TNF-α水平下降,治疗组较对照组下降明显(P<0.05)。结论:使用解毒饮可有效降低全髋关节置换术后的炎症反应,减少机体排异反应,降低术后感染及并发症的风险。

Objective：To explore the application of Pingle Zhenggu Jiedu Yin after total hip replacement.Methods：84 patients after total hip replacement were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 42 cases in each group;the control group was given conventional symptomatic treatment,and on this basis,the treatment group was also treated with Jiedu Yin.The contents of IL-6 and TNF-a were tested and compared 1d before surgery,1 d,3 d,5 d,7 d after surgery respectively between the groups.Results：There was no statistical significance in terms of IL-6 and TNF-a 1d before surgery between two groups（P〉0.05）.Postoperative IL-6 and TNF-a showed first uptrend and then downtrend in both groups;they were significantly increased 1d after surgery,and the increased level of the control group was more significant compared to that of the treatment group（P〈0.05）;however,they were decreased 3 d,5 d,and 7 d after surgery,and the decreased level of the treatment group was more significant compared to that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Jiedu Yin can effectively reduce the inflammatory responses,body rejections,and postoperative infections and complications after total hip replacement.
