温阳定悸法联合美托洛尔治疗室性早搏的疗效分析

Therapy of Warming Yang and Stabilizing Palpitation Combined with Metoprolol in the Treatment of Ventricular Premature Beat

目的:探讨温阳定悸法联合美托洛尔治疗室性早搏的临床疗效。方法:将126例符合纳入标准的室性早搏患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组63例。对照组给予美托洛尔进行治疗;治疗组在服用美托洛尔基础上加服温阳定悸方。观察两组患者的临床疗效,并跟踪随访半年,比较两组复发率。结果:治疗组可显著减少室早次数,与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后中医症状积分明显下降,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且优于对照组(P<0.05);停药后跟踪随访半年,治疗组复发率11.1%,明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温阳定悸法联合美托洛尔治疗室性早搏能显著提高临床疗效,联合应用能起到相互补充、相互促进的作用,值得临床推广。

Objective：To investigate the therapy effect of warming yang and stabilizing palpitation combined with Metoprolol in the treatment of ventricular premature beat.Methods：126 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 63 patients in each group.The control group was only given Metoprolol,and the observation group was also treated with Wenyang Dingji formula besides Metoprolol.Clinical effects were observed in both groups,and recurrence rates were compared between the two groups after treatment and during six-month follow-up.Results：Premature beats were significantly reduced in the observation group compared to that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The symptom integral decreased obviously in the treatment group compared to that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The recurrence rate was 11.1% in the treatment group,which was lower than that in the control group during six-month follow-up,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The therapy of warming yang and stabilizing palpitation combined with Metoprolol can significantly improve the curative effect of ventricular premature beat.The combination of Chinese medicine and western medicine is worthy of clinical application.
