慢性心力衰竭的中医药治疗研究进展

Research Progress of TCM Treatment for CHF

近年来随着人口老龄化的加重,心力衰竭的发病率有所提高,现代医学在治疗上主要以强心、利尿、扩血管等方法对症治疗,然而长期大量的应用,大多会产生一定的耐药性及毒副作用,而中医药通过辨证论治,在治疗心力衰竭方面取得了良好的疗效。通过对中医名家对心衰的认识及临床治疗等方面来阐述中医药治疗心衰的研究进展,为临床治疗慢性心力衰竭提供参佐。

With the aging population, the incidence of chronic heart failure （CHF） has increased in recent years. Cardiotonics, diuretics, and vasodilators are commonly used medications in western medicine, however they have disadvantage because of tolerance and side effect, even toxic reaction due to long -term application. TCM has showed advantage in treating this kind of disease with its unique syndrome differentiation and treatment. This research provides clinical reference for CHF by elaborating the treatment from famous TCM practitioners.
