摘要
简要阐述了汽轮机机组由于润滑油供油不足而引起的低频振动的机理和现象;对某实际机组振动故障进行了分析,说明了诊断过程以及处理的方法。并在此基础上总结了供油不足引起的振动特征,为润滑油供油不足的故障分析提供依据。
The mechanism and phenomenon of low-frequency vibration caused by the shortage of lubricant have been discussed. Then analyze the characteristics of a Steam turbine unit, demonstrate the diagnostic ways and give some measures to eliminate the fault. Finally some features have been summarized, providing technical references for the researches of the failure.
