摘要
采用外观检查、安装状况、运行情况、化学分析、金相分析、力学性能分析、应力分析等方法对一起电站锅炉过热屏爆管事故原因进行综合分析和排查。结果表明,过热屏短时过热超温和安装不当导致过热屏膨胀受阻变形造成局部磨损是过热屏爆管的原因,而安装原因则是引发爆管的主要原因。
The appearance inspection, installation conditions, operation conditions, chemical analysis, metallographic analysis, mechanical property analysis, stress analysis and other methods are adopted to make a comprehensive analysis and investigation to the reasons of one station boiler platen superheater tube explosion accident. The results show that the reasons of tube explosion are overheating in short time and the local wear which caused by platen superheater expansion hindered deformation because of the improper installation, and the installation is the main cause of the tube explosion.
