中国特色社会主义经济就是社会主义市场经济,是在社会主义初级阶段、以人民为中心、有资本参与、按照市场机制运行的经济,也是由政府和私人资本共同主导的双导型经济,必须做到社会主义基本制度与市场经济有机结合。中国特色社会主义基本制度与市场经济有机结合,需要用劳动力生产耗费补偿来解决劳动力作为商品并进入市场之后剩余价值完全受制于资本主义占有方式的矛盾。社会主义应借鉴资本主义的做法,通过建立使劳动者或人民大众生存和发展得到保障的制度,在劳动力生产耗费补偿基础上解决社会主义与市场经济的结合问题,以此来确保社会主义要保障社会成员生存和发展的基础性功能永远不会被资本收益最大化的因素改变。

Socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics is socialist economy, it is the economy in the primary stage of socialism featured in people-centered, capital participation and market mechanism based running economy. It is dominated by government and private capital together, called double-guided economy. We must accomplish the combination of socialist basic system and the market economy. We should use labor production cost compensation to solve the contradiction of labor as commodity and into the market after surplus value completely under the thumb of capitalism. The practice of socialism should draw lessons from capitalism, by establishing the guaranteed survival and development system of people. On the basis of labor production cost compensation to solve the problem of the combination of socialism and market economy, in order to ensure that socialist society member fianction will never be covered by factors of capital maximization.
