五大发展理念下我国少数民族地区脱贫的新路径

A New Approach to Poverty Alleviation in China's Ethnic Minority Areas Under the Concept of Five Major Developments

步入新的时期,我国提出了创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享五大发展理念,对我国少数民族地区脱贫提出了新的实践指引。面对当前少数民族地区脱贫过程中存在的现实困难,应遵循五大发展理念,创新扶贫模式,探索少数民族地区全面脱贫的新路子。研究发现,五大发展理念下我国少数民族地区脱贫可遵循三大新路径:一是加快推进对少数民族地区扶贫模式的多元发展;二是深入挖掘少数民族地区的特色资源;三是精心打造少数民族地区的合作产业链。

In the new period, China puts forward five concepts of innovation, coordination, green, open and sharing, and puts forward new practice guidelines for poverty alleviation in ethnic minority areas of our country. In the face of the current difficulties in the process of poverty alleviation in ethnic minority areas, we should follow the five development concepts, innovate the poverty alleviation model and explore the new ways of poverty alleviation in ethnic minority areas. The study finds that there are three new paths to poverty alleviation in the ethnic minority areas in China： First, accelerate the diversified development of the poverty alleviation model in the ethnic minority areas; the second is to tap the special resources of ethnic minority areas; third is to build minority areas cooperative industry chain.
