摘要
中央提出,要完善农业保险制度,稳步扩大"保险+期货"试点。我国正处于现代农业转型的关键时刻,积极推广"保险+期货"对于增加农民收入、丰富保险产品有重要价值。"保险+期货"能够推动金融市场和经济体制的发展,促进国家战略目标的落实。应大力创新期货品种类型,谨慎选择期货品种和控制发展速度,不断推进农产品期权上市工作。
It is required that we should perfect the agricultural insurance system, and actively promote the ＂insurance ＋futures＂. It has important value for increasing farmers＇ income and enriching insurance products, ＂Insurance ＋ futures＂ can promote the development of finance market and economic development. We have to make innovation in the insurance, select the futures varieties and control the development speed, as well as to promote agricultural products options listed.
