发展农业众筹有利于解决农业筹资难问题,吸引农村人口返乡务农;实现产前定销,防止价格操纵;缩短农产品流通链条,提供绿色安全食品;提升资源整合能力,推广农产品品牌。农业众筹风险包括自然环境风险、运营风险、法律风险、信息不对称风险。应对农业众筹风险应聘请农业技术人员或投保农业保险;兴建农业产业园,依托第三方物流降低运营风险;建立农业众筹相关法律体系,设立项目评级机制;设立第三方资金托管制度;应用区块链技术保证食品的安全性。

Agriculture Crowdfunding could resolve the problem of agricultural financing, promoting the farmers back home to farm, achieving the pre-order of agricultural products, preventing price manipulation, shortening the circulation of agricultural products chain, providing green food safety, etc. However, in the actual operation process, the existence of natural environment risk, legal risk and other risk seriously restricts the development of Agriculture Crowdfimding. Therefore, it is urgent to hire agricultural talents and develop agricultural insurance to avoid risk, reduce the operating costs by relying on the third party logistics, and establish relevant law system and project evaluation system, use of the introduction of block chain technology.
