Agricultural Industry Whole Chain Integration of China in the Perspective of "Internet+"

"互联网+农业全产业链"融合模式创新分为"互联网+农业全产业链"环节融合模式创新和农业产业链条全程融合模式创新,具体包括生产环节融合创新、流通环节融合创新、消费环节融合创新、农业产业链条全程可追溯、农产品生产销售直接对接、农业全产业链信息共享。"互联网+"视角下加快农业全产业链融合发展,应坚持保护自然资源与生态环境、持续加强财政和社会支农、强化农业全产业链平台建设、加快培育农业信息服务载体、加强专业人才的引进和培养。

This paper discusses the four oriented architecture of integration of ＂Internet ＋ whole chain＂： production innovation, circulation innovation, consumption innovation, industrial chain innovation, sales innovation and information share system. Based on the ＂Internet ＋ ＂ perspective, it proposes the policy recommendations to accelerate the integration and development of whole chain of agricultural industry： stick to protect natural resources and ecological environment, strengthen financial support in agriculture, strengthen the agricultural industrial chain platform construction, speed up the cultivation of agricultural information service carrier, and strengthen the introduction and training of professional talents.
