摘要
区域旅游合作的制约因素有:现行体制和合作机制不健全产生的制约因素。西部地区区域旅游合作的战略模式有:积极发展航空运输业为西部区域旅游合作提供强大的交通支持、实施西部整体形象拉动战略、发展三大旅游区次区域合作,为西部地区开展整个区域间的大合作打好基础。
The restricting factors of regional tourism cooperation： restricting factors caused by the current system of cooperation mechanism is not sound. The strategic mode of regional tourism cooperation in the western region： to develop aviation transport industry to provide strong support for the western traffic, promote regional tourism cooperation, the implementation of the western development strategy, pulling the overall image of three tourist areas of sub regional cooperation, so as to carry out the regional cooperation foundation.
