我国基于产业协同创新的旅游产业转型升级路径研究

On Transformation and Upgrading Route of Tourism Industry of China in the Perspective of Collaborative Innovation

方向问题和路径问题是旅游产业转型升级面临的两个关键问题。产业协同创新作为新时期国民经济发展全新的组织模式和重要的经济发展方式,在推动经济转型和产业升级中发挥着重要的驱动力作用。文章提出,在协同创新背景下旅游产业要从主体协同、要素协同、文化协同和制度协同等方面推进转型升级,并建立产业协同创新背景下旅游产业转型升级的保障体系。

＂Where to go＂ and ＂which route to follow＂ are the two pivotal questions to be answered before restructuring. Collaborative innovation is a brand-new industrial organization and economic development model and has motivated economic transformation and industrial upgrading in national economy. It is against this backdrop that the present paper analyzes such collaborative issues as agencies, factors, culture and regulations, etc., as well as the security system involved in transformation and upgrading of tourism industry.
