智能制造视角下我国优化劳动力就业市场的现实思考

Realistic Thinking on Optimizing Labor Market of China in the View of Intelligent Manufacturing

文章从替代效应、就业创造效应等角度,辩证地研究智能制造对我国稳定劳动力就业的影响,同时分析了当前智能制造与劳动力就业市场之间存在的现实矛盾。在此基础上,进一步分析了智能制造趋势下我国就业的方向,提出培养新型的现代"工匠"、发展服务业、支持自主创业、稳步推进智能制造等优化劳动力就业市场的对策。

This paper analyzes the impact of intelligent manufacturing on the stability of labor force in China from the perspectives of substitution effect and employment creation effect. At the same time, it analyzes the contradiction between the current intelligent manufacturing and the labor market. On this basis, the paper further analyzes the direction of employment in China under the trend of intelligent manufacturing, and puts forward some countermeasures to optimize the labor market.
