美国与日本人力资源管理模式比较及其对中国的启示 被引量:4

Comparison of Human Resources Management Mode in Japan and the U.S. and Its Revelation to China

摘要 国际上有特色的人力资源管理模式主要有两种:一种是以日本企业为代表的东方模式,另一种是以美国企业为代表的西方模式。文章通过对美国、日本企业人力资源的配置方式、管理规划、招募甄选、激励机组进行比较分析,其对我国企业人力资源管理模式的发展与完善的启示是:实现人力资本配置制度化、人力资源培养分层化、人力资本激励立体化、人力资源管理科技化。 There are two main modes of human resource management in the world: one is the Oriental model represented by the Japanese enterprise, and the other is the western model represented by American enterprises. This paper analyzes human resources management mode's configuration, management, planning, and recruitment selection. The revelation for Chinese enterprises' human resources management model is: realization of human capital allocation system, human resources training stratification, incentive human capital science and technology.
