摘要
在传统戏、现代戏和新编历史剧之外,近年来戏曲界还出现了第四种创作题材,即在传统剧目的故事情节和人物原型基础上的现代改编。它既非一般意义上的"改编",也非凭空而起的"新创",它是在新的价值观念下的现代阐释。新编昆剧《白罗衫》正是这种戏曲创作类型的尝试。它以符合人性关怀和现代伦理价值观的人物形象,弥合了传统戏曲故事与现代审美的龃龉,让传统戏曲故事和戏曲人物焕发出新的生命力。在社会环境已然发生巨变的今天,这或许不失为赋予传统戏曲以现代活力的路径之一。
Beside traditional Chinese opera, modem opera and new historical opera, in recent years, there is a newcategory called the fourth theme for creation, which is a modem adaptation based on the plot and the character of the traditional Chinese operas. It is neither an "adaptation" in general nor a "new creation". It is a modem interpretation from the perspective of new values. The new Kunqu opera White Silk Shirtis the new category with the fourth theme, in which the characters have been portrayed as those who are consistent with humanistic concems and modem ethical values. White Silk Shirtis also a successful attempt to bridge the traditional opera story and modem aesthetics, sotraditional opera stories and characters glow with new vitality. Today, the social context has been changed dramatically, adapting probably is a new attempt to endow traditional opera with modem vitality.
