摘要
目的了解锥形束CT(CBCT)在医学实践中应用最新进展。方法根据CBCT医学应用范围通过文献检索评论,本文采用一种归纳和分析方法。结果本文提供在CBCT和MDCT扫描机之间的性能比较,和CBCT在医学应用中的分类和对CBCT扫描中剂量范围评价。最后,文章提供在我国CBCT应用中存在一些问题。结论 CBCT在我国的各种医学临床专业已广泛应用和对患者剂量有相当宽的范围,作者提出对CBCT适当的应用制定一项国家放射防护行动计划的建议。
Objective To understand the recent progress of the application of Cone beam computed tomography（CBCT） in medical practice. Methods This article adopts a inductive and analytical method according to CBCT medical application range through literature review. Results This article provides performance comparisons between the CBCT and MDCT scanners and classifications for CBCT in use of medicine and evaluation of dose ranges for patients in the CBCT scanning. Finally, this arti- cle gives some problems on radiological protection in CBCT application of our country. Conclusion The use of CBCT spans has a wide range of clinical specialties and a large range for patient dose in our country. Authors provide a suggestion on mak- ing national radiological protection action plant in appropriate use of CBCT.
