摘要
目的:对不同产地的夏枯草野生品与栽培品质量进行比较研究。方法:采用直观法观测夏枯草药材的外观性状;采用中国药典方法测定水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分含量;通过火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定夏枯草不同部位铅、镉、铜、锌、钾、锰、钙、铁、镁和钠10种微量元素的含量。结果:夏枯草野生与栽培原植物在性状上具一定差异,而入药部位果穗药材在性状、水分和灰分含量、微量元素含量方面无显著差异。结论:基于传统评价,夏枯草野生品与栽培品具有质量一致性,在市场上可等同使用。
Objective : To compare the quality of wild and cultivated products of Prunella vulgaris from different habitats. Methods : Clarifying the difference between wild and cultivated Prunella vulgaris by morphological identification. The contents of water, total ash and acid insoluble ash were detected following the protocols of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The contents of Pb, Cd, Cu, Zn, K, Mn, Ca, Fe, Mg and Na in different parts of Prunella vulgaris were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Results : The wild and cultivated original plants of Prunella vulgaris had certain differences in appearance, but there were no significant difference in the con- tent of trace elements and water, total ash and acid-insoluble ash between wild and cultivated in ear of Prunella vulgaris. Conclusion: Based on the traditional evaluation,wild and cultivated products of Prunella vulgaris have the same efficacy and both can be used in the market.
