摘要
目的:研究大风子乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20等色谱方法进行分离纯化,通过化合物的理化性质和波谱技术鉴定化合物结构。结果:从大风子乙酸乙酯部位分离鉴定了13个化合物,分别为:1-acetoxy-4-ethoxy-benzene(1)、hydnocarpin(2)、木犀草素(3)、3'-甲氧基木犀草素(4)、5-羟基-3-醛基吲哚(5)、isohydnocarpin(6)、trans-coniferyl aldehyde(7)、对羟基苯甲醛(8)、3-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲酸(9)、丁香酸(10)、sinapic aldehyde(11)、反式对羟基桂皮酸(12)、2,6-二甲氧基-1,4-对苯醌(13)。结论:其中,化合物1、9、11为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物1、7、9~13为首次从该植物分离得到,并首次归属化合物1的1H-NMR和13C-NMR谱信号。
Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents of ethyl acetate extract from the seeds of Hydnocarpus anthelmintica. Methods:The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and other methods, their structures were determined by physicochemical properties and spectroscopic analysis. Results:Thirteen compounds were isolated and i- dentified as 1 -acetoxy-4-ethoxy-benzene ( 1 ), hydnocarpin ( 2 ), luteolin ( 3 ), chrysoeriol ( 4 ), 5-hydroxyindole-3 -aldehyde ( 5 ), isohydno- earpin (6), trans-eoniferyl aldehyde ( 7 ) ,p-hydroxylbenzaldehyde ( 8 ), 3-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzoie acid ( 9 ), syringic acid ( 10 ), sinapic aldehyde ( 11 ), trans-p-hydroxycinnamic acid ( 12 ), 2,6 -dimethoxy- 1,4 -benzoquinone ( 13 ). Conclusion : Compounds 1,9,11 are isolated from the Hydnocarpus genus for the first time,compounds 1,7,9 - 13 are isolated from this plant for the first time,and the 1H-NMR and 13 C-NMR data of compound 1 is assigned for the first time.
