新北市高中职学生休闲参与、生活压力与忧郁程度的相关性

Study on the relationship between leisure participation,life stress and depression in high school students in New Taipei City

目的探讨新北市高中职学生休闲参与、生活压力与忧郁程度的相关因素。方法以分层整群抽样,对高中职学校456名学生进行问卷调查。结果 (1)有49.0%学生属高度忧郁。休闲参与属中下程度,以"娱乐型"较多;生活压力属偏低程度,以"学习压力""校园生活压力"及"自我期望压力"为主。(2)人口学变量中只有"学制"与忧郁程度有关,高中生忧郁程度较高;休闲参与与忧郁程度间相关无统计学意义,但发现"闲意型"参与越多、生活压力越大者,忧郁程度越高。(3)人口学变量、休闲参与、生活压力能有效预测忧郁程度;"社交型""娱乐型"休闲参与越佳者,忧郁程度越小;"自我期望""人际关系""学习"压力越大,忧郁程度越大。结论学校应在教学环境中增加多元休闲参与活动并促进学生参与;促进学生学习动机且适性发展,以减少学习压力,降低忧郁程度。

Objective To explore the relationship between leisure participation,life stress and depression of senior and vocational high school students in New Taipei City.Methods By using stratified cluster sampling,totally 456 students were investigated with questionnaire.Results（1） high depression accounted for 49.0%.The leisure participation was at medium-low level and most of them was in entertainment type.The life stress was fewer worries,＂learning＂＂campus life＂and＂self-expectations＂were major stress sources.（2）In demographic variables,＂school system＂was related to depression only.The senior high school students were at higher depression level.There was no significant correlation for leisure participation and depression,however,the more＂indoor static＂participation and life stress,the more high depression.（3） The demographic variables,leisure participation and life stress could predict the depression level.The more＂social contact＂and＂entertainment activity＂,the less depression level.The more＂self-expectations＂,＂interpersonal contact＂and＂learning＂stress,the more depression level.Conclusion Multielement leisure participation should be promoted in school teaching environment and encouraged student participation,promoted learning motivation and adaptive education for decreasing learning stress and depression level.
