资兴市农村水电产业发展分析

Analysis on Development of Rural Hydropower Industry in Zixing City

为解决农村无电问题,资兴市组织实施了"农村水电初级电气化县"建设。随着"十五""十一五""十二五"水电新农村电气化县验收达标进程,资兴市农村水电得到快速发展,但在行业建设和管理方面仍然存在不少困难和问题。本文通过实地调研,分析了资兴市农村水电行业存在的问题,提出了加强农村水电开发与建设管理的相关建议。

Zixing City organizes and implements construction of ＇ rural hydropower primary electrification county ＇ in order to solve the problem of no electricity in rural areas. Rural hydropower is rapidly developed Zixing City with hydropower new rural electrification county acceptance and standard achievement process in the ＇10th five-year plan＇, ＇llth five-year plan＇ and ＇12th five-year plan＇. However, there are still many difficulties and problems in the aspects of industry construction and management. In the paper, problems in Zixing rural hydropower industry are analyzed through field research. Related suggestions in strengthening rural hydropower development and construction management are proposed.
