顶管施工中新型聚合物添加剂对润滑减阻浆液性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本文选取聚丙烯酰胺、羟甲基淀粉、羟甲基纤维素、瓜尔胶、黄原胶和N-二甲基丙烯酰胺共聚物共6种聚合物,作为顶管施工润滑减阻浆液添加剂,通过对比和分析加入不同聚合物添加剂的浆液体系性能参数,得出以上六种聚合物适合用作顶管施工润滑减阻浆液添加剂的是羟甲基纤维素、黄原胶和N-二甲基丙烯酰胺共聚物。在此基础上,再通过调节加入浆液体系添加剂的掺量来研究其掺量变化对浆液性能产生的影响,得到最为适宜作为顶管施工润滑减阻浆液添加剂的聚合物是N-二甲基丙烯酰胺共聚物的结论。 In the paper, six polymers are selected, including polyacrylamide, hydroxymethyl starch, hydroxymethyl cellulose, guar gum, xanthan gum and N-dimethyl acrylamide copolymer, and they are used as lubricant anti-drag slurry in the construction of pipe jacking. The slurry system performance parameter of adding different polymer additives are compared and analyzed, and it is concluded that the lubricant anti-drag slurry additives suitable for construction of pipe jacking include hydroxymethyl cellulose, xanthan gum and N-dimethyl acrylamide copolymer among six polymers. On the basis, the influence of proportion on the slurry performance is studied through adjusting the proportion of the slurry system additive, thereby it is concluded that the most suitable polymer as the lubricant anti-drag slurry in the construction of pipe jacking is N-dimethyl acrylamide copolymer.
