摘要 "同步实践教学"模式、理念的提出和坚持,推动知识教学与实践教学在法治人才培养中同步进行,推动实践教学全程化、实体化、常态化贯穿于法治人才培养的始终;推动社会优势资源与高校资源的整合,探索全方位、无缝式衔接的法治人才培养机制,实现知识教学与实践教学、职业教学与伦理教学、人才培养与社会需求、法学院校与实务单位四维立体同步的嵌入式、交互式、贯通式实践教学体系。同步实践教学模式、理念的提出和坚持,同时解决了当前法治人才培养中的三个核心问题:一是法治人才培养共同体的建立和运行;二是法学教育中知识教学和实践教学的关系重新定位;三是从一个侧面回答法治人才培养中"教什么"和"怎么教"的问题。 The proposal and insistence of 'synchronous practical teaching' mode and concept promote the synchronous conduct of knowledge teaching and practical teaching in the legal talents cultivation,push forward the whole process,substantialization,and normalization of practical teaching running through legal talents training,propel the integration of social advantageous resources and university resources,explore all-round and seamless-connected cultivating mechanism of legal talents,and realize an embedded,interactive and through-type practical teaching system with four-dimensional synchronization of knowledge teaching and practical teaching,professional teaching and ethic teaching,talents training and social demands,as well as law schools and practice units.In the meantime,the proposal and insistence of 'synchronous practical teaching' mode and concept also solve three core problems existing in the current cultivation of legal talents: the first is the establishment and operation of the community of legal talents training; the second is the re-orientation of the relationship between knowledge teaching and practical teaching in legal education; the third is to answer the question of 'what to teach' and 'how to teach' in the cultivation of legal talents.
