Bilingual aphasia（BA）, as a clinically and pathologically complex phenomenon, holds special interest to both clinicians and researchers. This paper, from the perspective of bilingual brain control, explores the issues concerning bilingual aphasia, ranging from BA-specific Language disorder, assessment and intervention, to BA-specific rehabilitation.
