国内外入侵及有害生物数据库现状

Database development of invasive species and pests

入侵及有害生物数据库是防控生物入侵的重要信息平台。数据库的使用旨在为从事入侵生物相关工作的科研机构和职能部门提供外来入侵物种数据查询、检测监测信息发布、科研成果交流和科普教育的综合信息服务。在汇总国内外入侵及有害生物数据库的同时,也针对性地收集了与其相关的生物多样性数据库、媒介生物相关数据库、气候数据库及贸易数据库等。目前,数据库还存在标准不统一、信息更新不及时及资金人员投入不足等问题。未来的数据库将向着更加健全、及时和天地一体化的方向发展。

Database of inv asive species and pests is an important information platform for preventing and controlling biological invasion, which provide an integrated information service for data query of invasive species, release of detecting and monitoring information, scientific information exchange and science education for relevant research institutions and government departments. Meanwhile, we have also collected information of biodiversity database, vector species database, climate database, trade database and other related databases in this paper. There are, however, some problems in current database establishment, including lack of unified database standards, shortage of timely updated information, inadequate funds and personnel etc. In the future, the database will be developed towards a more convenient, timely and integrated manner, which contribute to prevention and controlling of invasion species and pests.
