高校科研团队知识共享与创新绩效的关系研究

The Relationship Research on the Knowledge Sharing and Innovation Performance for Science Research Team in Higher Colleges

高校科研是我国科研事业的重要组成部分,其研究成果对于国家的进步与发展具有重要意义。我国的高校科研团队水平良莠不齐,具有较大的差距,许多高校科研团队具有高素质人才,但科研水平较低,其主要原因,一方面是创新绩效水平较低,导致高校科研团队难以进行创新和发展,另一方面则是知识共享的水平较低,制约了高校科研团队的科研水平。因此,要提高高校科研团队知识共享与创新绩效水平,需要通过二者相融合,促进高校科研团队的科研水平。本文通过对于创新绩效和知识共享的基本内涵进行分析,浅谈高校科研团队中知识共享与创新绩效的关系,从而为提高高校科研水平提供思路和方法。

In order to improve the level of knowledge sharing and innovation performance of university research teams, the scientific research level of university research team should be promoted through the integration of the two. Based on the analysis of the basic connotation of innovation performance and knowledge sharing, this paper discusses the relationship between knowledge sharing and innovation performance in university research teams, so as to provide ideas and methods for improving the level of scientific research in universities.
