“一带一路”战略下海南高校外语人才培养策略研究

A Study on the Strategy of Cultivating Foreign Language Talents in Hainan Colleges and Universities for the Construction of "The Belt and Road Initiative"

随着中国建设"一带一路"战略提出,海南省作为"海上丝绸之路"战略实施中的重要省份,在语言人才培养上将面临新挑战。目前海南省外语专业设置无法满足"一带一路"经济形势下,小语种培养,语种多样化,多层次复合专业人才的迫切需求。通过分析海南高校外语人才培养现状、困境和培养途径,研究海南高校外语专业设置特点,结合国内高校外语人才模式培养方法,总结出五大外语人才培养措施,即利用孔子学院平台进行国际人才培养合作;加强海南省高校外语师资队伍建设;成立人才海外实践基地;加大专门用途外语课程改革;成立海南省"一带一路"外语教学研究机构。

With the construction of Chinag ＂The Belt and Road Initiative＂ strategy, Hainan Province will face the new challenges on the cultivation of language talents because Hainan is the important province in the implementation of ＂Mari- time Silk Road＂ strategy. At present, the professional setting of foreign language majors in Hainan College and universities cannot meet the urgent needs of The Belt and Road Initiative economic development, such as the cultivation of minority language talents, the cultivation of language diversification and the multi - level compound professional talents. By analyzing the current situation, the difficulties, the training methods and the characteristics of foreign language specialty of foreign language talents in Hainan colleges and universities, combining with the training methods of foreign language talents in domestic colleges and universities, it sums up the five foreign language talents cultivation strategies. That is, applying Confucius Institute projects to the international personnel training cooperation; strengthening the construction of high quality of foreign language teachers in Hainan colleges and universities ; setting up the overseas internship base for language talents ; increasing the reform of foreign language courses for specialized purposes ; establishing the ＂ The Belt and Road Initiative ＂ foreign language teaching and research institutions in Hainan Province.
