Discussion on the Promotion of College Counselors' Professional Ability

目前我国积极弘扬社会主义核心价值观,力争培养更多的优秀人才,其中高校实行的辅导员制度为其作出巨大的贡献。辅导员的职业能力的高低关乎我国高校的发展,应积极加强辅导员个人的素质以及增强专业知识的培训。本文从教育部颁布的《高等学校辅导员职业能力标准(暂行)》出发,探讨辅导员职业能力的重要意义,分析目前提升高校辅导员职业能力中出现的问题及原因,提出高校辅导员职业能力提升的策略与技巧,从而对高校辅导员队伍建设带来一定的帮助。

At present, China actively promote the socialist core values, and strive to train more talents, including the implementation of the college counselors system for its tremendous contribution. The Counselor＇s professional ability is related to the development of Chinese universities, should actively strengthen the personal qualities of counselors and enhance the training of professional knowledge. Occupation ability of higher school counselors from the standard issued by the Ministry of education ＂ （Provisional）＂ of the important meaning of counselors occupation ability, enhance the analysis of the current problems of college counselors occupation ability and reason, put forward strategies and skills to enhance college counselors＇occupation ability, so as to bring some help to the construction of college counselors team.
