摘要
以生命周期理论为框架,分析了创新战略联盟合作演进的生命周期及各阶段动力因素,并引入了创新战略联盟的主体维度和资源维度,探讨演进过程中不同阶段各主体的合作规律及资源利用状况,构建出创新战略联盟合作演进的三维概念模型,同时分析了该模型应用于成都高新区的成功经验,为创新战略联盟的研究与实践提供了系统科学的理论框架。
This research is based on the Life-cycle theory which is an analytical framework and has deep analysis on the life cycle and dynamic factors of innovative cooperation and evolution. Besides, the research introduces the entities and re- sources of cooperation and innovation to discuss the laws of cooperation and resource utility efficiency of every entity during different periods in the evolution. At last, three dimensional conceptual model of cooperation and evolution of innovation strategic alliance has been built and verified by the case of Chengdu Hi - Tech Industrial Development Zone, so as to pro- vide systematic, scientific and theoretical framework for the research and practice on the cooperation and innovation.
