摘要
选取上海128个文化产业创意园区的入驻企业为研究样本,运用层次回归与结构方程分析外部条件对企业社会网络资本的影响。结果发现,政策环境、商务和休闲空间对企业社会资本均具有直接正向作用;区位环境对企业社会网络资本直接作用很弱;公共空间发挥了外部环境与企业社会网络资本之间的中介作用。揭示了公共空间是企业社会网络动态交流及社会资本使用中增值不可或缺的载体,并根据结论提出政策建议。
Based on enterprises located in 128 cultural and creative industries parks in Shanghai, the paper analyses the in- fluence of external conditions on Corporate Social network Capital (CSC) with hierarchical regression and structural equa- tion. It finds that policy environment, business and leisure public space have positively direct relation to CSC, while loca- tion environment plays fewer roles in exploring CSC. And public space plays a part of intermediary role between external en- vironment and CSC. The paper reveals that the public space and facilities are the indispensable carriers for the dynamic communication of CSC and the value added in the usage, and puts forward the policy according to the conclusions.
