摘要
以民营企业为研究对象,探讨其关系导向和创业导向对企业社会责任(CSR)的影响机制,以及转型环境中市场动荡性和规制压力的调节作用。对106家中国民营企业样本的实证分析表明:关系导向的企业侧重慈善CSR但忽视商业CSR,创业导向的企业则同时注重两种CSR;当市场动荡性高时,关系导向的企业更侧重慈善CSR,创业导向的企业更侧重商业CSR;当规制压力大时,关系导向的企业对两种CSR的投入变得更均衡,创业导向的企业则更侧重慈善CSR。
Focusing on private enterprises, this study discusses the differentiated effects of guanxi orientation and entrepre- neurial orientation on CSR, and further explores the moderating effects of market turbulence and regulative pressure in transi- tion environment. Analyzing data from 106 Chinese private enterprises, this study finds that guanxi orientation promotes phi- lanthropic CSR but hinders business practice CSR, while entrepreneurial orientation boosts both of them. In turbulent mar- ket, the effects of guanxi orientation on the two kinds of CSR are both aggravated ; the positive effect of entrepreneurial orientation on business practice CSR is enhanced but that on philanthropic CSR mitigated. With greater regulative pressure, the effects of guanxiorientation on the two kinds of CSR are more balanced, while entrepreneurial orientationemphasizes more on philanthropic CSR.
