对国内外家族资本的研究进行系统回顾和评析,总结家族资本概念、测量、形成以及作用。家族资本首先用于解释家族企业竞争优势,然后才用来解释个体的创业活动;家族资本的研究呈现出非均衡发展状态;家族资本已经有测量工具,在测量方法上呈多样性特征;家族资本的形成和发展受家族模式、家族人口统计特征和家族动态的影响,也会对家族企业竞争优势、创业过程和创业结果产生影响。未来应分析家族资本的边界、测量和消极作用,对影响因素、影响效果和作用机制进一步开展实证研究,并进行跨文化和本土化研究。

Based on studies of family capital, this study reviews the scientific status of family capital. The review indicates that： family capital is firstly used to explain the family enterprises competitive advantage, and then is used to explain indi- vidual entrepreneurial activities ; researches on Family capital show unbalanced development; some measurement tools are developed to assess family capital; the formation and development of family capital is influenced by family pattern, family demographic characteristics and family dynamics. It also influences the competitive advantage of family business, entrepre- neurial process and entrepreneurial results. It concludes with an agenda for future research on the conceptualization, meas- urement, negative effect, and cross - cultural/indigenous investigation of family capital.
