摘要
以114个团队为研究对象,探讨分析了个体信息开放性对团队信息获取与信息运用的牵制作用与影响,实证结果表明:个体的外显信息开放性与内隐信息开放性对团队信息获取程度与团队信息运用能力均存在显著正向影响;团队信息获取程度对团队信息运用能力存在显著正向影响;团队信息获取程度在两类信息开放性与团队信息运用能力的关系中均存在部分中介效应。
Taking 114 teams as the research object, this paper analyzes the effect and influence of individual information openness on team information obtainment（TIO）and team information retrievel（TIR）. Empirical study based on team data demonstrates that, both individual explicit information openness （IO1） and tacit information openness （IO2） positively affect TIO and TIR; TIO positively affect TIR; TIO partially mediates both IO1 -TIR and IO2 -TIR.
