摘要
该研究以永州本地黑豆品种为试验材料,分析了不同浓度的铝浸种后黑豆种子萌发和幼苗生理特性的变化。结果表明:10~5000mg/L的铝浸种对黑豆的发芽率无明显影响,5000mg/L铝处理降低了黑豆种子的发芽势;较高浓度(1000mg/L以上)的铝浸种处理抑制了黑豆幼苗根和茎的生长。铝浸种提高了黑豆幼苗叶片中MDA的含量,中高浓度的铝浸种处理对黑豆幼苗造成了伤害。而过氧化氢酶(POD)活性在铝浓度为10mg/L、100mg/L、1000mg/L时受铝胁迫的影响较小,但在铝浓度为2000mg/L、5000mg/L时显著增加了POD活性。POD活性的升高有助于提高黑豆幼苗对铝的适应性。
Black bean seeds, planted locally in Yongzhou, were soaked in aluminum (Al) solutions (0, 10,100, 1000,5000 mg/L) for 15 hours to study the effects of Al on seed germination and seedling physiology.It was found soaking with 10-1000 mg/L Al^3+did not significantly change the germination rate of black beans, but soaking with 5000 mg/L Al^3+ significantly decreased the germination energy.Thus, soaking with above 1000 mg/L Al^3+ inhibited the growth of roots and stems of black bean seedlings.Al soaking increased the malonaldehyde contents in seedling leaves, but the medium and high concentration soaking damaged the seedlings of black beans.Peroxidase activity was not largely affected by soaking with 10-1000 mg/L Al^3+, but was significantly increased by soaking with 2000-5000 mg/L Al^3+.The improvement of peroxidase activity contributes to higher Al adaptability of black bean seedlings.
