Brief Analysis of the Idea of Running a Vocational Education in Tourism

本科层次的旅游人才培养一直存在较为明显的供需结构性矛盾。该文阐述了开展旅游本科职业教育须遵循基本的办学理念:在宏观层面,强化基于利益同构的产学研一体化办学模式;在中观层面,强化以职业经理人为培养目标的办学定位;在微观层面,强化以能力培养为本位的课程体系建设。

Undergraduate level of tourism personnel training has been more obvious structural contradiction between supply and demand. Only by vigorously developing tourism undergraduate vocational education, in order to break the plight of talent supply and demand dislocation.Tourism undergraduate vocational education refers to the undergraduate level vocational education that gives educational objects access to the professional knowledge, skills and professional ethics necessary for a certain occupation in the tourism industry and has the basic academic ability. To carry out tourism undergraduate vocational education to follow the basic concept of running a school ： to strengthen the interests of the same structure of the integration of production and research model at the macro level, to strength- en the professional managers to cultivate the goal of positioning in the meso level, and strengthen the construction of curriculum system based on ability training at the micro level.
