临床护理路径对急性白血病化疗患者癌因性疲乏、胃肠道反应及生活质量的影响

Influence of Clinical Nursing Pathway on Cancer-related Fatigue,Gastrointestinal Reaction and Quality of Life in Patients with Acute Leukemia Chemotherapy

目的:探讨临床护理路径对急性白血病(AL)化疗患者癌因性疲乏、胃肠道反应及生活质量的影响。方法:选取我院收治的98例AL化疗患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各49例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用临床护理路径。观察比较两组癌因性疲乏评分、胃肠道反应发生率、生活质量评分及护理满意度。结果:干预后观察组癌因性疲乏评分低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组胃肠道反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组心理领域、生理领域、社会领域以及环境领域评分高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将临床护理路径应用于AL患者化疗中,能明显缓解患者癌因性疲乏程度,改善患者生活质量,降低胃肠道反应发生率,提高临床护理满意度。

Objective：To investigate the influence of clinical nursing pathway on cancer-related fatigue, gastrointestinal reaction and quality of life in patients with acute leukemia（AL） chemotherapy. Methods：A total of 98 cases of AL chemotherapy patients in our hospital for the study were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group .with 49 cases in each group. The control group re- ceived routine nursing care, while the ＇observation group adopted the clinical nursing pathway. The incidence of cancer-related fatigue, gas- trointestinal reaction rate, quality of life score and nursing satisfaction rate were observed and compared between the two groups. Results ： After the intervention, the observation group＇ s cancer-related fatigue score was significantly lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the observation group＇s gastrointestinal adverse reaction rate was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. After the intervention, the scores of psychological, physiological, social and environmental areas in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）, and the satisfaction degree of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Applying the clinical nursing pathway in the AL chemotherapy patients can obviously alleviate the degree of cancer-related fatigue, imProve the quality of life, reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal reactions and improve the satisfac- tion degree of clinical nursing.
