小组社交技能训练在慢性精神分裂症患者中的应用

Application of Group Social Skills Training in Patients with Chronic Schizophrenia

目的:探讨小组社交技能训练在慢性精神分裂症(CSZ)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取我院收治的CSZ患者112例,随机分为对照组和观察组各56例,对照组给予常规药物治疗和护理,观察组在此基础上采取小组社交技能训练。采用阴性症状量表(SANS)、个人和社会功能量表(PSP)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Mo CA)、生活质量量表(SQLS)、遵医行为调查表评价两组的护理效果及治疗依从性,并进行统计比较。结果:训练后,观察组SANS评分、SQLS评分、PSP评分和Mo CA评分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组遵医行为优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小组社交技能训练可有效缓解CSZ患者的精神症状,提高患者的社会功能、认知功能和生活质量,改善其遵医行为。

Objective：To investigate the effect of group social skills training on patients with chronic schizophrenia（CSZ）. Methods：A total of 112 cases of CSZ patients in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,56 cases in each group. The control group received routine drug treatment and care, and the observation group adopted the group social skills training. The negative symptom scale（ SANS）, personal and social functioning scale （PSP）, Montreal cognitive assessment scale （MoCA）, quality of life scale（ SQLS）, compliance behavior questionnaire are to evaluate the nursing effect of two groups and treatment compliance, and to make statistical comparison. Results ： After the training, the SANS scores, SQLS scores, PSP scores and MoCA scores of the observation group were significantly different from those of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）, and the compliance behavior of the observation group was signifi- cantly better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Group social skill training can effectively relieve the mental symptoms of CSZ patients,improve their social function, cognitive function and quality of life, and improve their compliance behavior.
