On Judicial Examination of Abstract Administrative Conduct

将抽象行政行为纳入司法审查的范围 ,是实现依法行政、独立行使司法权和真正保护相对人合法权益的前提。本文就我国抽象行政行为的侵权表现及根源 ,对抽象行政行为进行司法审查的必要性、可行性进行了有益的探讨。

Abstact administrative conduct, brought into the framework of judicial examination, is the prerequisite for the realization of administering by law, independently administering judicial powers, and truly protecting legitimate rights and interests for relative person. This dissertation beneficially discusses the manifestation and roots of infringing upon rights in abstract administrative conduct, the necessity and feasibility of judicial examination of abstract adminstrative conduct.
