摘要
重症超声已逐渐发展为重要的病因、治疗评估的监测手段。通过评估心脏、肾脏、颅脑等功能,容量管理情况及血管活性药物治疗反应等,重症超声在脓毒症诊疗过程中对患者全方位进行监测,与传统监测手段相结合,能够对脓毒症患者的诊断提供更有效的信息,且能更及时、全面而准确地管理脓毒症患者的治疗并评估患者预后。
Critical uhrasound gradually develops into a very significant monitoring technology for seeking pathogenesis and evaluating therapeutic effect. By evaluating cardiac function, renal function, cranioeerebral function, fluid management and therapeutic effect of vasoactive agents, critical ultrasound combining with traditional monitoring technology may provide more effective information for sepsis diagnosis and prognosis as well as all-around monitoring in therapy of sepsis.In order to make sepsis management to be more timely, comprehensive and accurate.
