心与水液代谢相关《内经》溯源及临床诊断意义

Tracing the correlation between heart and body fluid metabolism in Huangdi Neijing and its clinical diagnostic significance

关于水液代谢在体内的运行情况,古今医家多数认为主要与脾之运化水湿,肺之散布水液于周身,肾之气化蒸腾排泄,三焦之统摄决渎有关。然而,心在水液代谢中的作用同样重要,却鲜有医家讨论。通过溯源《黄帝内经》,从心的生理特性、功能,心与其他脏器的关系,揭示了心与水液代谢的密切关系。对于明晰水液代谢与心的关系,指导临床诊断和治疗具有积极意义。

On the operation of water fluid metabolism in the body,most of the ancient and modem physicians consider it＇s related to the metabolic functions of spleen, lung and kidney to transform, transport and transmit the water.While,few of them have mentioned that heart also plays an important role.This article traced and analyzed the correlation between heart and body fluid metabolism in Huangdi Neijing from the aspects of the physiological characteristics and functions of heart, and the relation between heart and other organs, aiming to better understand the relationship between water metabolism and heart, and to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment.
