旁观者转化为勇为者的途径探析

Analysisof the Way of Bystander’s Conversion into Courageous

见义勇为是中华传统美德,值得肯定与发扬,但是见死不救、见事就躲的冷漠旁观现象也真实存在,影响了和谐社会的构建。本文从加强公民道德教育、宣扬见义勇为精神、发挥舆论监督功能、完善社会保障制度四方面论述了改变乃至消除旁观者,促进旁观者向勇为者的转化。

Today, the mainstream of social public morality is good. Especially, maintain moral justice with moral courage, It is worthy of recognition and development as a traditional Chinese virtue. But, undeniable, ＂ See death do not save, See things to hide＂, this kind of indifferent phenomenon is real. It will affect the construction of a harmonious society. Therefore, from four aspects which include strengthen civic moral education and to promote courageous spirit and play public opinion supervision function and improve the social security system to change or even eliminate the ＂ bystander＂ of this phenomenon. To promote bystanders to those who are courageous in order to build a harmonious society and struggle.
