摘要
在高职院校现代学徒制人才培养模式改革过程中,师资队伍成为影响其实施成果的关键因素。通过分析现代学徒制师资建设现状及要求,提出了具体的建设方法。试点院校与企业在协同建设现代学徒制师资队伍过程中应发挥各自优势,通过培训、到企业实践等方式培养师资,并通过建立激励机制及考核评估制度,为专兼结合的"双师"队伍建设提供制度保障,促进高职院校的发展。
In the process of reforming the talents gaining mode of modem apprenticeship system in higher vocational colleges, the teaching staffis the key factor that affects its successful implementation. By analyzing the present sistuation and the requirements of teaching staff construction in modem apprenticeship system, the specific construction methods are put forward. The pilot colleges and enterprises should play their respective advantages in the process of the modem apprenticeship teachers team establishment through training, practicing in enterprise and other ways to train teachers, and offer the system guarantee for the construction of " double-qualified" teacher team which is a combination of flail-time and part-time teachers to promote the development of higher vocational colleges by establishing incentive mechanism and assessment system.
