Cultivation of Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability in Higher Vocational Colleges Under the Mode of School-Enterprise Integration

"校企合作、产教融合"是高职院校人才培养的特色所在,也是培养高职院校学生创新创业能力的必然途径。在明晰创新创业能力内涵及培养重要性的基础上,在校企融合视角下研究高职院校学生创新创业能力的培养途径,以期为企业培养更多的满足区域经济发展需要的岗位技能强、综合实践能力突出的创新型技能人才。

＂ School-enterprise cooperation, production and education integration＂ are the characteristics of talent training in higher vocational colleges, and also an inevitable path of cultivating students＂ innovation and entrepreneurship ability in higher vocational colleges. On the basis of clarifying the connotation and cultivating importance of innovation and entrepreneurship ability, this paper studies the ways of cultivating students＂ ability of innovation and entrepreneurship in the field of school-enterprise cooperation, so as to cultivate more innovative technical talents with strong job skills and outstanding comprehensive practice ability to meet the needs of regional economic development for enterprises.
