Directional training of direct admission sergeants which relying on local higher education resources is an innovation measure of carrying out civilian-military amalgamation and training sergeants. This talent cultivation mode of directional training is an important measure to broaden the army sources of professional and technical sergeants, to improve the quality of sergeants training, and to promote the professionalism of the sergeants in the new situation. Sergeant College of Nanjing College of Information Technology deeply explores professional technology sergeants＂ laws and characteristics of information class, innovates talent cultivation concept, implements talent development planning, and explores and practices the new mode of cultivating high quality and high standard sergeants.
