高职教育中工匠精神和创新精神的整合培养途径

当前中国经济进入新常态,新时代不仅呼唤劳动者的创新精神,同时也呼唤劳动者工匠精神的回归,因此高职教育应注重学生工匠精神和创新精神的整合培养。高职院校应培养学生对创新精神和工匠精神的认同感,通过实践教学、团队合作等途径将传统的工匠精神与新时代的创新精神进行整合,进一步提高人才培养质量。
