By analyzing the management and security problems of NISCO internal and external network, this article in- troduces the basic principle of network access and the concrete implementation plan, and elaborates that the implementa- tion of network access system can effectively deal with the internal management and network security challenges caused by ＂borderless network＂ and ＂mobile intereonnection＂.
