铁路钢轨接头故障分析及改造措施

摘要 钢轨接头故障主要是由于冲击力作用下造成钢轨和夹板发生永久性挠曲。目前南钢铁路线路存在部分道床松动和沉陷,翻浆冒泥,空吊板,板结等现象。结合铁路线路养护实践,分析了钢轨接头故障的成因,采取相关防治和改进措施,有效控制了钢轨接头病害的发展,确保铁路运输的安全。 The failure of rail joint, which is the pemlanent flexure between the rail and the clamping plate, is mainly caused by the impact. At present, certain part of the track bed of the railway in NISCO has the problems like loose and settlement, mud-pumping, hollow lifting pad and hardening. This article elaborates the causes of rail joint failure and the preventive and improvement measures, which has effective]y controlled the rail joint failure, consequently, the security of railway transportation is ensured.
