摘要 以WP7燃油喷嘴为研究对象,利用非接触式激光测试技术粒子成像测速仪PIV(Particle Image Velocimetry)测量了双油路雾化喷嘴所形成的喷雾场,得到了不同油路不同压力下的喷雾场图像与速度矢量图。试验图像表明:雾化过程是一个从液膜到液滴,再二次雾化或者重新聚合的复杂过程;在一定压力范围内,喷雾锥角与供油压力的大小无关;不同的油路情况下,喷雾锥角也不相同,且与喷嘴的结构特点有关。 For a WP7 fuel nozzle, the spray field caused by a duplex-oil circuit pressure atomizing nozzle was measured using the Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV), a non-contact laser measurement technique. Pictures of spray field and velocity vector were obtained under different oil circuit and oil pressure. The test images show that the atomization is a complex process from liquid film to liquid droplets, and then second aryatomization or re-polymerization. The spray cone angle is not related toa certain pressure. The spray cone angle is different using different oil circuit, largely dependent on the geometry of nozzle.
