摘要
采用商业软件Fluent建立蓄热式管式加热炉的数学模型,对炉内燃烧过程进行数值模拟研究,分别得到无回兑烟气和有回兑烟气的炉内流场、温度场、NO_x浓度分布。通过研究回兑烟气对炉内流场、温度场、NO_x的影响,得到优化的炉子结构参数和操作参数。
The combustion performances of regenerative reheating tubular - furnace were studied by three- dimensional numerically simulation with software Fluent. The field about flow, temperature, and NOx concentration were obtained and analyzed with or without flue gas. Based on these, optimized the structural parameters and operating parameters of regenerative reheating tubular - furnace.
